A trip home gives weeks of pleasant memories. Photos are a reminder of the sights seen, sweet prairie smells, the sound of a meadow lark.

Hi WilloBoe, nice pictures. It must be pretty interesting driving by buffalo. The only place I've seen live ones roaming freely was in Northwest Territories in Canada. Are there many of them in your state? Enrique
Thank you, Enrique. I am not certain how many buffalo are now in the state of Nebraska but these were in Custer National Park in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
If Ted Turner and the Poppers, who wrote "Buffalo Commons" had their way all of the high plains grasses would be grazed by the majestic beasts.
Some of us still enjoy beef and have family members that are ranchers.
